2020 Holiday Gift Ideas: Help Support Canadian Businesses
One of the activities I enjoy most about the holiday season is gift giving – to see the happy smiles on the faces of my family and friends truly warms my heart. Every year, I joyously venture to stores trudging through the snow in my practical, yet elegant combat boots, to look for inspiration and find meaningful and memorable gifts.
This year, holiday shopping looks a lot different for all of us as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are not able to go into stores to look around for inspiration but, instead, we’re doing all our exploring and shopping online. I know shopping online isn’t for everyone though – maybe you’re apprehensive because you prefer to look at the item in person. Or maybe you love online shopping, but you’re unsure if you can trust a particular retailer.
Wherever you are in your holiday shopping, I’m here to help you with your shopping needs! In my 2020 holiday guide, I’ve included a range of gift ideas at different price points. Bonus: All the items I’ve picked in my gift guide are Toronto- and Canadian-based stores, so you can feel good about supporting local businesses that are struggling during this time.
Happy Holidays!
